It’s not easy being someone who grew up in the ’80s having to see all the stuff that the kids are into these days, so we know exactly how Peter Vincent must have felt when he said this line during his meeting with Charlie Brewster in Fright Night 1985 (the best vampire movie ever).
There are plenty of candidates for quote of the day in Fright Night (for real) but we certainly enjoyed this one.
Peter Vincent: I have just been fired because nobody wants to see vampire killers anymore, or vampires either. Apparently, all they want to see are demented madmen running around in ski-masks, hacking up young virgins.
